Sarasota County: January 2010 Condos Sales Double!
Condo sales in Sarasota County were up over 100% for Jan. 2010 compared to Jan. 2009. The MFR MLS system shows that in Jan 2010 there were 153 condo closed. In Jan. 2009 the MLS records showed there were only 72 condos sold. For more information on all Sarasota condos, search available listings or view the many Sarasota Communities.
